Adam Baxter is co-founder and COO of Morf Health, an automation platform for healthcare practices that want to spend less time on manual admin work. He came to the problem from inside practice operations, leading business operations at Clarity Pediatrics and strategy & operations at Forward after five years scaling operations at WeWork in London and San Francisco. That work made the pattern clear: practices lose hours every week to steps no one should be doing by hand. At Morf, Adam spends most of his week with specialty practices (behavioral health, women’s health, direct primary care, med-spa), turning intake, recall, billing follow-up, and patient communication into workflows that run themselves. Morf integrates directly with Healthie and 50+ other platforms.

Montana Scher is the founder and CEO of Morf Health, a HIPAA-compliant automation platform that connects the tools independent healthcare practices use every day, integrating with EHRs like Healthie, Elation, and athenahealth to automate patient intake, scheduling, messaging, and operations. Her move into healthcare was personal. After navigating the healthcare system herself and wanting to apply her technical background to the problems she experienced firsthand, she joined Parsley Health as their first product hire. There, with roots in software engineering and product at Google and Square, she led the team building the infrastructure to launch and scale Parsley’s telemedicine offering nationwide. The challenge was immediately familiar: making the basics work required enormous amounts of duct tape and glue, leaving little room to build genuinely great experiences for patients and providers. Montana founded Morf to give independent practices a modern connectivity layer: one that makes the infrastructure disappear so clinicians can focus on care. To date, Morf has streamlined the experience for hundreds of thousands of patients.
